Submission to exhibitions and curator consideration

We invite artists from around the world to submit their work for consideration in our upcoming projects, a fully digital showcase celebrating creativity and innovation in contemporary art. Below are the submission details and requirements to ensure a smooth application process.

• Open to artists of all levels (emerging, mid-career, and established).
• Submissions are welcome in any medium suitable for a digital format (e.g., painting, photography, digital art, mixed media, video art, sculpture represented through high-resolution images, or VR/AR experiences).
• International submissions are encouraged.

1. Artwork Specifications:
   • 2D Works: Submit high-resolution images (JPG or PNG format, minimum 300 dpi).
   • 3D/Sculpture Works: Provide multiple high-resolution images (front, side, top views) or a 360-degree video.
   • Video Art: Files should be submitted as MP4, MOV, or AVI (max 5 minutes). Include a still image (JPG/PNG) for promotional use.
   • Digital/Interactive Art: Provide access links, file formats, or documentation for compatibility review.

1. File Naming:
   • Name files as: ArtistName_Title_Medium_Year
     (e.g., JaneDoe_SelfPortrait_OilOnCanvas_2023).

   • Title of the work
   • Medium/Materials used
   • Dimensions (if applicable)
   • Year created

1. Artist Statement:
   • Include a short statement (150-300 words) explaining your work, its relevance to the theme, and your creative process.

1. Artist Bio & Contact:
   • A short bio (max 200 words) introducing yourself and your artistic background.
   • Include website/social media handles (optional).
   • Contact email for communication.

1. Submission Limit:
   • Up to 10 artworks per artist.

• Send all materials via email to: exhibitions@globalgallerygroup.com or via the link below. 
• Use the subject line: Submission and your name and the title of exhibition you are interested in. 
• For larger files, provide a downloadable link through Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

• Artists retain full copyright of their work.
• By submitting, you grant The Global Gallery Group  permission to display your work online and use images for promotional purposes related to the exhibition.
• Selected artists will receive proper credit in all exhibition-related materials.
• The exhibition will remain live for a duration of 2 months, and archived to follow.
• There is no fee to submit your work. However, if your work is selected for the exhibition, a participation fee will apply.
